BI Specialist

As a BI Developer / BI Specialist located in India, your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will work closely with the central BI team in IT to ensure the availability and quality of relevant data, as well as with colleagues from various teams within the international Jungheinrich organization. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining data marts and data models to support business reporting and analytics. Additionally, you will design and develop interactive and high-performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP analytics cloud and other BI tools such as Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions - Work closely with the central BI team in IT and colleagues from various teams within the international Jungheinrich organization - Design, develop, and maintain data marts and data models - Design and develop interactive and high-performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP analytics cloud and other BI tools - Standardization and automation of processes in the Analytics & BI area - Implementation of Self-Service BI and further innovative approaches - Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics - Communicate the results of your work to various stakeholders, management, and top management Qualifications Required: - University/Masters/Bachelors Degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience as BI Developer/BI Specialist - Excellent knowledge of data warehousing, database technologies (ETL), and data modeling - Strong experience with BI, query design and tools, like SAP BW 4/HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Eclipse, SAP Datasphere, PowerBI, Databricks, SQL In addition to the professional requirements, you should possess excellent communication skills and be a self-starter with analytical problem-solving abilities. You should have strong analytical competencies, a highly structured way of thinking, curiosity, and a pioneering spirit to explore new correlations. Your ability to translate business requirements into use cases and analytical models will be crucial for success in this role. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of German is considered valuable for this position.,
