Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their data and reporting needs. - Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data governance. - Create documentation for BI processes and solutions for future reference. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on BI tools and dashboards. - Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance BI capabilities. Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. - Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Knowledge of data visualization best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and technologies is a plus. - Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analytics. - 3+ years of experience in a BI or data analysis role.
