Job Description

Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the repository tool, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Lead the preparation of comprehensive, accurate reports for the S&P Onshore team within deadlines.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of analytic platforms and visualizations, incorporating automation tools like RPA, Python, Power BI.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in AQV Operations.
Provide data support to the AQV analytical team during Framework Review activities.
Guide and mentor junior staff to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development.
Lead special projects, ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.
Develop and maintain operational metrics and dashboards to track performance.
Supervise workflow and resource allocation to ensure optimal team productivity.
Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures.

Client/Stakeholder Management:

Own and deliver high-quality service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international clients.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design and deliver efficient solutions.
Provide timely communication to clients regarding task progress and challenges.

People Development:

Manage and develop team performance, engagement, and skill enhancement.
Mentor staff, oversee new employee onboarding, and contribute to performance reviews.
Plan resource requirements and ensure back-up planning and succession management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth within the team.
