Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
• Train and lead the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Graduate (mandatory)
• 5+years of experience in life insurance sales and BFSI Sector, with at least 2 to 3 years experience into Banca channel particulurly.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a competitive and dynamic environment
