Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Manage relationships with channel partners and stakeholders. Train and lead the sales team to ensure high performance. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies. Qualifications & Experience : Graduate (mandatory) 5+years of experience in life insurance sales and BFSI Sector, with at least 2 to 3 years experience into Banca channel particulurly. Demonstrated ability to drive results in a competitive and dynamic environment Note : Only preferable Pune location candidates.
