Bharat Banking:Relationship Manager - Microfinance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with a strong background in marketing and sales

• Develop and maintain business relationships with select customers through individualized customer service
• Handle customer queries and provide superior service to mapped customers
• Ensure timely delivery of customer enquiries and instructions, while meeting bank's delivery standards for total customer satisfaction
• Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling bank's products and services/third-party products
• Achieve New To Bank, cross-sell, and portfolio retention targets as assigned by the organization
• Manage portfolio irregularities, including renewals, pending renewals, stock statements, insurances, and other compliances

• Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector
• Possess knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Exhibit good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines is essential
• Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, along with ficial and statistical analysis skills, are required
