You will be responsible for identifying target accounts and business opportunities within the banking, insurance, and financial services industries. Working closely with pre-sales and technical teams, you will create customized IT solutions for clients, covering cloud services, network security, managed services, and infrastructure modernization. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate the BFSI market, with a focus on IT products and services. You will negotiate contract terms, close sales agreements, and maintain strong connections with different OEMs. Managing pricing strategies and profitability for each deal will be crucial, along with closing sales opportunities while ensuring a high conversion rate. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7+ years of experience in sales management, particularly in the IT infrastructure and BFSI sectors. A deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud computing, data centers, network and cybersecurity, virtualization, and managed services, is essential. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of the technology needs, regulatory requirements, and business processes within the BFSI industry.,
