Roles and responsibilities

Planning and Strategy

• Experience in developing a comprehensive implementation plan for BeyondTrust Password Safe High Availability and Disaster Recovery scenario
• Aligning the implementation with the organizations security policies and compliance requirements
• Configuring BeyondTrust Password Safe to manage additional requests such as provisioning privileged accounts credentials secrets and sessions

Customization and Integration

• Customize the solution to meet specific organizational needs including integration of other security tools to leverage BeyondTrusts features and capabilities

Testing and Validation

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution works as intended
• Validate any implementation against security and performance benchmarks

Training and Documentation

• Provide training sessions for endusers and administrators
• Develop comprehensive documentation for the implemented solution

PAM and IAM Operations

• Ensure seamless IT operations of PAM requests queries and concerns
• Follow ITSM protocols including Incident Management Change management CMDB
• Generate monthly quarterly reports for Privileged accounts Liaise with Internal Audit team for compliance adherence

Technical skillset and Experience Preferred

• Proficiency in PAM solutions especially BeyondTrust Password Safe
• Ensure the architecture supports scalability reliability and security
• Strong understanding of security frameworks network protocols MFA SSO and integration with enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of cloud service providers like AWS Azure
• Lead technical teams through the implementation process
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and advanced use cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation
• Stay updated with the latest developments in privileged access management PAM and security technologies
• Continuously improve the implementation based on feedback and new requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in technical architecture and project management
