Bench Sales Recruiters (Onsite)

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary role will be to market OPT/CPT candidates to tier-1 vendors and direct clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships, submitting resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up regularly. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements, as well as coordinate with internal teams to track consultant performance and redeployment. - Market OPT/CPT consultants to tier-1 vendors and direct clients. - Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Submit resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up regularly. - Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements. - Coordinate with internal teams to track consultant performance and redeployment.
