Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Person needs to follow a full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV , Screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate
  • Needs to market consultants at bench.
  • Go through the resume you are going to market .Have to make sure you know every part of the resume and skills they have used in the project .
  • based on the technologies you have to search for the various permanent job openings across the US market on the various job sites like Dice, Google, career builder , simply hired etc.. and submitting the resume .
  • posting resumes on behalf of consultants into various job portals .
  • figures out the best requirements in the sense those requirements which are dealt by the preferred vendors of the vendors of the Direct / End clients
  • makes a contact with the clients & confirms whether the requirements is for their direct clients or not

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in bench sales or US IT recruitment (C2C/W2).
  • Strong understanding of the US market, including current trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement over phone calls.
