We're Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter Were looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to help us market our bench consultants, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be part of a dynamic, supportive team! What You’ll Do: Sell bench consultants to clients across industries Build and maintain strong client relationships Work closely with the recruiting team to match consultants with the best opportunities Negotiate contracts and rates with clients Track client engagements and placements What You Need: Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Location: Mansoorabad, Near LB Nagar, Hyderabad. NOTE: Need freshers and only Females required. Comfortable to work in Night Shifts. No Cab facility and No Remote option, have to work on-site.
