Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: On-site (Trichy/Tiruchirappalli)

Work Hours: US EST/ CST time zone

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of Bench Sales experience in the IT domain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the US IT market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing and placing IT consultants on various contract opportunities. Proficiency in marketing profiles with cutting-edge technologies such as Cybersecurity, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Project Management, Business Analysis, Microsoft implementations, and EDI is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bench Marketing: Identify and market IT consultants with the latest technology skillsets to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful placements.
  • Skill Alignment: Assess consultants' technical skills and ensure their profiles match job requirements in areas such as Cybersecurity, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and more.
  • Vendor Engagement: Actively engage with Tier-1 vendors to secure projects for consultants.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of consultants available on the bench, ready for placement opportunities.
  • Documentation: Manage and maintain all necessary paperwork, including work authorization, resume formatting, and submission details.
  • Negotiations: Handle rate negotiations with vendors and clients to achieve a win-win for all stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements with management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bench sales for the US IT market, specifically within W2 roles.
  • Expertise in the latest IT skillsets, including Cybersecurity, Salesforce, ServiceNow, EDI, Microsoft implementations, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the US job market and visa classifications (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive targets.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong network with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners in the US.
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS systems.
  • Proficiency in maintaining ATS or CRM systems for candidate and client tracking.
