Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hair salon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in salon management or coordination, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle basic accounts and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow Supervise and support the salon staff and beauticians Handle appointment scheduling and customer queries Maintain daily sales records and manage basic accounting Monitor inventory and stock levels; coordinate reorders Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained Assist in promoting salon services and offers Address client feedback and resolve issues professionally Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in salon management or a similar role Basic knowledge of accounting and billing Strong communication and team management skills Well-groomed, professional, and customer-friendly Must be organized and responsible
