Beauty Manager

As a Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a retail beauty section to drive department goals and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve team leadership, sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors by providing coaching, guidance, and regular performance evaluations to achieve departmental goals. - Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement sales strategies, ensure excellent customer service, and handle customer inquiries to drive sales and customer satisfaction. - Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment for beauty products. - Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards for product display and the overall visual appeal of the beauty department. - Marketing and Promotions: Coordinate with marketing teams to promote new products, services, and sales events. - Product Knowledge: Train team members on comprehensive product knowledge to provide effective customer advice and service.
