Beauty Advisor

A Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations in a retail setting, offering expertise on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, demonstrating product use, and assisting customers in selecting appropriate products to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining brand representation, achieving sales targets, managing stock, and providing excellent customer service. Essential skills for this role are strong communication, in-depth product knowledge, sales ability, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Consultation: Greet customers, identify their beauty needs and goals, and provide personalized recommendations for skincare, makeup, and hair care products.

Product Demonstration: Show customers how to properly use various beauty, skin, and hair care products.

Sales & Cross-selling: Actively promote and sell products, and suggest complementary items (like serums or hair care) to enhance the customer's purchase.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of beauty products, ingredients, and the latest beauty trends.

Stock Management: Ensure the beauty department is organized, well-stocked, and that products are displayed attractively.

Achieving Targets: Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience and build customer relationships.

Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care.

Sales Ability: Proven skills in sales and persuading customers to make purchases.

Attention to Detail: The ability to precisely identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a tidy work environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with cosmetology certification being a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
