Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
• Assess customers' skin types, concerns, and preferences to recommend appropriate products.
• Demonstrate proper product application techniques (makeup, skincare, etc.).
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty section.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and/or haircare products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in giving beauty consultations and demonstrations.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
