### 🛍️ Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a world-class, consultative beauty experience to customers

* Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, or wellness products

* Confidently demonstrate product usage, ingredients, and benefits

* Maintain excellent visual merchandising and product displays

* Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store performance

* Follow brand-specific grooming and service standards

* Build strong relationships via clienteling and regular follow-ups

### 👤 Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in **retail sales** (beauty/cosmetics/wellness preferred)

✅ Previous experience with brands like **Sephora, The Body Shop, Forest Essentials, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Kiehl’s, Lancome, Givenchy, Nykaa, etc. is a strong plus

✅ Excellent communication in **English** (Hindi is a plus)

✅ Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality

✅ Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury retail

✅ Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
