Experience : 0-3 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare preferred (freshers with passion for beauty are welcome). Role Overview We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at Otrix. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalised beauty consultations, educating customers about our products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Consultation Greet customers warmly and understand their beauty and skincare needs. Provide tailored product recommendations based on individual requirements. Assist customers in choosing the right beauty products for their skin type and preferences. Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and personal care industry. Educate customers about the ingredients, benefits, and usage of Otrix products. Offer demonstrations and trials to enhance the customer experience. Sales and Upselling Achieve sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques. Promote special offers, discounts, and new launches. Build customer loyalty by encouraging repeat purchases and enrolment in loyalty programs. Inventory Management Ensure product shelves are stocked and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the management team. Customer Experience Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally. Build lasting relationships with customers to establish trust and brand loyalty. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of beauty products and skincare routines. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cosmetology or related fields are a plus. Passion for beauty and staying updated on the latest trends.
