As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the company providing expert beauty advice and assistance to our customers. You will play a key role in creating an engaging and memorable shopping experience while helping customers discover the perfect products to meet their beauty needs. Responsibilities:

● Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service.

● Build strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and needs.

● Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations to promote sales.

● Assist customers in finding the right products.

● Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions

● Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and tester stations.

● Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

● Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

● Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

● Candidates should either be from Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

● Must be flexible with work timings, including late logouts (post 10 PM), and comfortable traveling within Hyderabad.

● Candidates with a keen interest or experience in the beauty industry, beauty advisor roles, customer relationship management, or sales are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

● The role involves six working days with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
