Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with proven expertise in generating business through Upwork and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and closing deals in IT/software services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Should have knowledge of LinkedIn
• Draft customized, high-quality proposals to attract new clients.
• Manage client communication, negotiations, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Education Qualifications:

• MBA and Relevant field.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience on Upwork (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, web, mobile, and digital solutions.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
• Strong client relationship management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
