Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with international prospects and convert them into successful long-term business partnerships.
- Independently schedule and lead client calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately within deadlines.
- Identify and target new clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
- Identify, nurture, and convert qualified international leads through a mix of self-generated efforts and collaboration with the keting or pre-sales team.
- Build, strengthen, client retention and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Present regular sales activity, performance, and pipeline reports to management.
- Conduct detailed ket research to identify emerging technologies, trends, and new business opportunities across international territories.
- Review Client proposals, sales ks, and other business development materials.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve offerings and ensure high customer isfaction.
- Stay up on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to align offerings with ket needs.
Person Specification & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, keting, Business Administration, Business or related field.
- 5 to 9 years of proven experience in Business Development IT service-based companies.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-centric approach.
- candi with international business development experience in IT services will be considered.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce,Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq).
