Job Description

Build and sustain relationships with large customers. New Business Opportunities: Develop plans for market penetration/reach in the respective region to improve market share. Market Intelligence: Provide information on competitors and suggest strategies. Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and convert leads into sales. Reporting: Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily progress reports. Channel Development: Develop channels to drive sales of focus products. Customer Interaction: Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Sales Closure: Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to face meetings with customers to close sales. Target Achievement: Achieve sales and collection targets. 5+ years of automotive OEM sales management with at least 3 years of OEM sales experience. Qualification - B.Tech/B.E/MBA in Electrical Automobile
