Business Development Manager

  • Someone who thrives in driving growth from day one.
  • A strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable managing client relationships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your

    existing client relationships

  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within your current network and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Build and track pipelines using CRM or other tools to ensure consistent follow-through and growth.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of IT domains.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot .
