Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong focus on Client Account Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products/services to existing clients.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion.
  • Prepare and present business reviews and reports for key accounts.
  • Achieve revenue and client satisfaction targets set by the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in Business Development / Account Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of client servicing and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
  • Experience in IT services / Digital Marketing / Software Development industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
