Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Dental Equipment, located in Vadodara. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our dental products. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales pitching, client meetings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and enhance brand awareness.

• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Knowledge of the dental equipment industry and market trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
