About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven BDM who can lead from the front — build, manage, and grow a high-performance team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). If you have a solid background in web development, SaaS, mobile apps, or digital marketing sales, and you're hungry to scale with a fast-growing IT agency, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads & convert high-ticket clients (domestic & international)

✅ Build and mentor a team of BDEs from scratch

✅ Create and execute business growth strategies

✅ Explore and manage sales on LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.

✅ Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting

✅ Coordinate with tech and marketing teams for seamless project delivery

Must-Haves

🔹 3+ years in B2B sales (IT Services preferred)

🔹 Prior team management experience

🔹 Excellent English communication & negotiation skills

🔹 Experience with bidding portals and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

🔹 Self-starter with leadership mindset
