Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the Staffing Industry, located in Noida. The BDE will be responsible for client acquisition, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating sales leads. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients to pitch our staffing services, working with the recruiting team to ensure client needs are met, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years Experience in Hiring and Recruiting Industry for Business Development Services
• Expertise in Staffing Services and Customer Service
• Strong Sales skills with proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the staffing industry is preferred
