This full-time on-site role is perfect for individuals who are experienced professionals or dedicated enthusiasts seeking a fast-paced environment in the software industry to drive business growth. Your role will be crucial in developing client relationships, managing sales activities, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure seamless communication, identifying potential business opportunities through online research and networking, developing and executing sales strategies to surpass targets, and creating and implementing email marketing campaigns and telecalling strategies to attract new clients. You will collaborate with the leadership team to align business development plans with company goals, provide exceptional client support throughout the sales cycle, and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM tools. Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the software or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective influence and negotiation. Proficiency in using bidding platforms and tools for project acquisition, expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and telecalling techniques, as well as an understanding of basic marketing principles and sales strategies, are key requirements. Excellent organizational, time management skills with attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively towards team goals are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous. This opportunity offers a Full-Time Internship & Job job type with a salary range of 5,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month, along with performance incentives.
