2. Sr. Business Development Manager 

Job description:


•  Should be Able to Manage Team

•  Available for foreign Business Visit.

•  Should possess an excellent English communication.

•  Should have 4+ years’ experience in IT Sales, outbound calling, and lead generation.

•  Should focus on IT Services sales to key markets including USA, UK, Australia, NZ, Europe and Middle East.

•  Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients and timely follow up.

•  Should have good experience in managing Client relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for the organization.

•  Responsible for handling clients’ accounts independently.

•  Responsible for achieving the assigned targets and meet the organizational goal.

•  Responsible for generating Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Annual reports.

•  The ability to understand US accent will be an added advantage.

•  Aware of datamining activities for the targeted market and regions.

•  Good at creating and maintaining databases for different verticals as per the expectations from the Management.

•  Experienced in Email Marketing and Campaigns.

•  Good Knowledge of keyword search

3. BDM


Candidate should have core IT experience of more than 5+ years

Qualification: Engineering/MBA

Experience in LinkedIn sales and marketing

Cold calling experience

Closure experience

Experience with dedicated hiring/man-month hiring only

Email marketing skills

Strong English communication skills (8/10)

Team player

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. You should have a deep understanding of international markets and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating new leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, negotiating and closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. You should also be able to effectively manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

4. BDE  


* Conducting web searches for company profiles and generating leads as per the requirements.

* Collecting the data, profiling companies and industries, and ensuring quality control.

* Searching for emails and contact details, validating emails, and gathering company information.

* Developing customized databases for marketing/sales campaigns by identifying and compiling contact details and decision-makers based on provided specifications.

* Conducting extensive research activities such as list research, list building, and data mining, among others.

* Searching for contact details of key personnel (CEO/CTO/Director), such as job titles and contact emails, in the given organizations.

* Researching industry/sector/person through LinkedIn, Google, and other website databases for mid to senior-level executives worldwide.

* Understanding how to use research tools and capture data.

* Meeting and exceeding assigned productivity targets.

* Exposure of working on Portals like Upwork.

* Cold calling & International exposure
