Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager (BDE/BDM) at Karur Vysya Bank, located in Chennai. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets. The role includes market research, client meetings, sales presentations, and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business development and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Prior experience in the banking sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NTB Acquisition of CA,SA,TD,RD,MF,GI,LI,Investments, Cross sell etc
  • Aspirants should be open to travel extensively
  • Full understanding of local markets and product knowledge in the above products is mandatory
