You will be responsible for researching and analyzing markets, generating leads through various methods, and building strong relationships with potential clients by providing tailored solutions. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in ensuring mutually beneficial contract terms, and you will collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals and project plans. By meeting daily targets and staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, you will contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: - Research and analyze markets, industries, and clients to identify new business prospects. - Generate leads through email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions. - Negotiate contract terms to benefit both the company and clients. - Develop customized proposals and project plans with the technical team. - Meet daily targets and contribute to overall growth and revenue goals. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales efforts, pipeline, and market trends to the management team. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. - Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively. - Proficient in using freelance platforms like PPH, Fiverr, and Upwork. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, with a drive to succeed. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
