Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to develop and refine the

    sales strategy

    .
  • Provide sound advice to potential and existing customers.
  • Craft compelling sales pitches and convert warmer leads into customers.
  • Understand the AccioJob program and effectively pitch it to registered users.
  • Motivate and guide students through interactions.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with students.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of

    1 to 3 years of experience

    in a

    Business Development

    or

    Sales

    role, ideally within the

    EdTech industry

    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

    Telugu

    and

    Kannada

    .
  • A strong ability to build networks and relationships.
  • Good and tactful negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • The ability to be a quick learner and take ownership of your work.
  • An optimistic, resilient, and open-minded attitude.
  • A Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
