Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with strong experience in selling Hygiene & Cleaning Solutions to HORECA customers. The ideal candidate must have an existing network of decision-makers in:

· Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions

· Hotels & Restaurants

· Cloud Kitchens & Caterers

· Airlines, Railways & Other Institutions

The role focuses on Key Account Acquisition, Product Approvals, Revenue Growth, and Customer Retention.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, acquire, and manage Key Accounts within the HORECA segment

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Drive product presentations, sampling, and approval processes

· Maintain strong relationships with Purchase Heads and Procurement Teams

· Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing schemes, and offers

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service excellence

· Contribute to product labels, marketing collaterals, and digital campaigns

· Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights

Products Portfolio

· Hand Sanitizer, Foaming Hand Wash, Liquid Soap

· Dish Cleaner, Multipurpose Cleaner, Glass & Surface Cleaner

· Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner & related institutional hygiene products

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Hygiene/Cleaning products

· Strong relationships in Hospitals/Hotels/Restaurants & Institutional accounts

· Proven ability in generating product approvals and managing tenders

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and deliver strong results

Education

· Graduate degree (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field)

Pay: ₹35,471.70 - ₹49,655.64 per month
