Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and building strong relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, etc.). Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth. Present and pitch company services/products to potential clients. Follow up with leads and convert them into business deals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets. Maintain and update the sales database with accurate client information. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. A positive and go-getter attitude.
