This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to start their career in business development and sales, with opportunities for growth and learning. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Present and promote company products and services to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales approaches. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Key Requirements: Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing. Fluent English: Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work. Positive Attitude: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Basic Understanding of Sales Principles: A foundational knowledge of sales and marketing concepts is a plus. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude. Nice to Have: Internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
