Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for new client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth in the Edible Oil, Dairy, Fortified Foods & Animal Feed segments.

This role requires strong product knowledge, good relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business with manufacturers of Edible Oil, Milk, Fortified Rice, Fortified Flour, and Animal Feed (Poultry, Cattle, Aquaculture)

* Manage and grow relationships with key accounts

* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions

* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis

* Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support

* Prepare periodic sales reports and ensure customer satisfaction

* Travel to client locations as required

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2–7 years of B2B sales experience in Food Ingredients / Feed Supplements / Fortification industry

* Strong understanding of food manufacturing and supply chain operations

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in:

* Food Technology / Food Science

* Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences

* BBA / MBA in Marketing or related specialization
