Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, online platforms, references, etc.).

Connect with potential students/parents and explain Tutor Cabin’s services and offerings.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Prepare and present reports on daily/weekly lead generation and conversions.

Work closely with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Represent Tutor Cabin in local promotional activities and networking opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).

Confidence in telecalling and client interaction.

Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred (freshers can also apply).
