Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 0–2 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has a technical background and basic knowledge of Frontend, Backend, AI & ML, along with good understanding of BDE platforms and business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various platforms.
• Work on BDE portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
• Communicate with international clients, understand their project requirements, and create proposals.
• Coordinate with the technical team (Frontend, Backend, AI/ML developers) for project understanding.
• Prepare documentation, proposals, and follow-ups for potential leads.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and client communications.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Must have a technical background (knowledge of Frontend, Backend fundamentals).
• Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Knowledge of BDE portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn etc.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into clear project briefs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, BCA, MCA or related technical field.
