Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the rapidly growing solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the solar market and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our solar solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients in the solar sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, presenting, and closing deals for solar projects.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business avenues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualification:

  • B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
