BDE (Business Development Executive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in selecting suitable online courses/programs, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process. The role demands strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for education technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses based on their career goals and interests.
• Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face counseling sessions.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining program benefits and career outcomes.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to ensure maximum conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to provide accurate program information.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
• Provide post-enrollment support to enhance learner satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in counseling, sales, or business development (preferably in the EdTech industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in counseling students for online programs, certifications, or higher education.
• Knowledge of EdTech trends and learner requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,548.17 - ₹22,057.35 per month
