Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with strong knowledge of LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients and business opportunities. This role focuses on research, outreach, and relationship-building without any sales targets or pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Use LinkedIn to search for and identify potential leads based on company criteria.
Send connection requests and introduction messages in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize lead data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Engage with relevant posts, groups, and discussions to enhance visibility.
Research target industries and companies to ensure high-quality lead lists.
Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to share potential opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or business research.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently without sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
