Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new IT clients for
permanent (FTE)
and
contract (C2H)
staffing requirements.
Generate leads through market mapping, references, and proactive outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
Engage with HR, Procurement, and Business/Delivery Heads to understand hiring needs and partnership models.
Manage end-to-end client lifecycle: prospecting, proposal, rate negotiation, and contract finalization.
Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the IT services ecosystem.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & client acquisition targets.
