Must be CCNA certified Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewalls Working knowledge of checkpoint / Palo Alto /cisco ASA / Juniper firewalls Knowledge on advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP Knowledge on switching, VTP,STP etc Manage tickets & 2nd level support Ensure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contractual commitments (SLA); optimize the network performance and ensure adequate capacity planning. Perform regular assessment and tuning for the services & sites under his responsibility. troubleshoot network problems; escalate issues to vendor. knowledge on SD WAN
