As a Business Development & Client Service professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals and objectives. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborating with clients to gather campaign requirements, objectives, and preferences, translating them into clear briefs for the creative and production teams. - Working closely with internal teams such as creative, design, copywriting, and production, ensuring that client expectations are met and campaigns are executed flawlessly. - Presenting campaign proposals, strategies, and creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to align with their vision. - Monitoring the progress of ongoing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics and providing regular updates to clients. - Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations. - Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget constraints. - Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, finding effective solutions and maintaining client satisfaction. - Preparing and delivering regular performance reports to clients, highlighting the impact and results of their advertising campaigns. - Participating in client presentations, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company's reputation and client base.
