Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes Assist in SWOT Analysis, Industry analysis, Market Analysis
• Support in valuation and related analysis
• Support the preparation of valuation reports, pitch decks, and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders

Research and analysis of target companies. Database for target companies to be approached.

Follow up and Co-ordination for meetings

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in accounting software

• Assist in preparing MIS reports
• Create business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Follow up on leads, & co-ordination
• Track and report key metrics like pipeline status, lead conversion, and client feedback.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage LinkedIN, social media handles, and handle email marketing campaigns.
• Organize Linkedin live, seminars, webinars
• Monitor marketing KPIs and generate performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com,)
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Internship will be unpaid.
