Role Summary

CFO Services

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day accounting of clients
• Ensuretimelycompliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable regulations
• Specific knowledge of GST returns,input credits and processes, refunds etc. and TDS, IT returns computations and filing etc isessential.
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients for routine finance matters
• Support clients in improving financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders
• Review workings related to audits, assessments, and notices, refunds
• Supervise and review work of junior accountants and executives
• Allocate tasks,monitortimelines, and ensure quality deliverables
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, financial statements, and management dashboards
• Assistin reaching out to new clients and supporting business development initiatives
• Handle onboarding of new CFO service clients, including transition and setup

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• StrongIndian statutory compliancessuch as Income Tax, GST, Company Law,FEMA,etc.
• Hands-on experience in MIS, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Proficiencyin Excel and accounting / ERP softwarelikeZoho, Tally, QuickBooks, etc
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5-7yearsof relevant experience in CA firm, CFO services, consulting, or corporate finance role
• Inter CA / ACCA / ICWA qualified or pursuing
• Experience working with startups, SMEs, or growing businesses is an advantage
• Client-facingandOnboardingexperience preferred
