Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end
Business Central implementation
projects – from requirement gathering to Go-Live and post-support.
Develop
extensions, custom reports, and integrations
using
AL language
and Visual Studio Code.
Perform
data migration, upgrades, and performance optimization
for BC environments.
Work closely with
functional consultants
to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Implement and manage
APIs, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
, and third-party integrations.
Maintain
code repositories, CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Azure DevOps)
, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Provide
technical documentation, troubleshooting, and user support
.
(For senior levels)
Mentor junior developers
and assist in project planning, estimation, and quality reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–12 years
of hands-on experience in
Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
development.
Strong command of
AL language, SQL Server, APIs, and Web Services
.
Experience in
Power Platform, Azure integrations, and DevOps tools
.
Good understanding of
Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing
modules.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills.
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments is preferred.
