Base Manager

Role Overview: You will be the Site in Charge responsible for generating sales for the assigned site and ensuring prompt service execution to maximize customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Branch Manager or Base Manager, your role will involve collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders as part of a multi-functional team. Key Responsibilities: - Generate business as per the KPIs set for the site office. - Conduct and monitor Sales Promotion and BTL activities in the assigned territory. - Identify prospects and convert them into customers within a specific time period. - Follow-up with existing customers to ensure maximum renewals. - Maximize conversion of enquiries into orders. - Ensure profitable execution of tasks at the Site Office. - Mentor trainee Customer Service Executives (CSEs). - Prepare MPG and ensure regular updates. - Capture correct customer information like email address, contact numbers, and address details. - Sell visits as per iCABS frequencies for timely service delivery. - Share customer expectations with operations before service delivery. - Supervise scheduling and execution of services on a daily basis. - Monitor and document usage of chemicals, equipment, and materials. - Allocate conveyance and OT to technicians and maintain proper records. - Maintain and update registers and statutory reports as per the checklist. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate (Any stream) - Sales experience of a minimum of 4-5 years in Direct Sales (Facilities Management) for Commercial business profile. - Team handling experience of minimum 2 years will be an added advantage. - Minimum of 2 years of Home product/Home service business, residential cleaning services for Residential business profile will be an added advantage.
