Bartender

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks as per standard recipes.
• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet minimum age requirements.
• Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current bar trends, popular drinks, and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-paced hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
