Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Present and serve wines, beers, and beverages with proper knowledge
• Recommend food & beverage pairings and upsell premium offerings
• Maintain bar setup, hygiene, stock levels, and cash-handling procedures
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with SOPs
• Work closely with service, kitchen, and finance teams for smooth operations

Eligibility

• Diploma in Hotel Management / BHM
• 1–2 years of experience working in bars
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of beverage service, brewing ingredients, and quality standards
